Bretagne Plage et Village is a house from the 1930's that has been entirely renovated in a vintage style that suits it very well. Owned by an antique dealer, he gave it a retro soul totally assumed but at the same time modernized. Thus was born this sweet vacation home that Chicvillas is happy to offer you. 

A villa near the sea and in the village

Vacations by the sea are a real delight for everyone, children, teenagers, parents and grandparents. 

The location of Bretagne Plage et Village is optimal. Here, the car is (almost) useless. Beaches, shops, restaurants and activities for all are accessible on foot. The rental is located in a charming seaside resort. The sailing school can be reached in two minutes on foot, the surf school in five minutes. The beaches are between 300 metres and 2.5 kilometres away, the resort has no less than nine of them, very beautiful beaches to choose from according to your family's profile. The exposure to the wind will be your guide.

Teenagers will be able to live in total independence, for the beach and sports activities, and to meet between them around a glass on the port as well. An advantage that will make them and the whole family happy...

The village and the harbor are very pleasant and you will find restaurants, cafes and shops, including a grocery store, a butcher, a pharmacy and some clothing and decoration stores. A market is held on Wednesdays. A supermarket and additional shops are located 10 minutes away by car. 

A charming and functional house

Bretagne Plage et Village is a charming and practical vacation home for seaside vacations.

You will access it either through the front porch or through the garden and basement at the back. 

From the front porch, you will enter directly into the main living area.

In the basement there is a "return from the beach" area to rinse and deposit beach, sailing or surfing gear.  There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower to avoid spreading sand all over the house.

You will then reach the living space by a staircase from the basement. 

It is a very nice space of 60 m² composed of a living room with a wood stove, a dining room and a kitchen on a very nice solid wood floor. The colors are soft and highlighted by a through light. A magnificent round table will welcome your family lunches or dinners. All the furniture and the decoration are very original pieces. The windows and glass doors bring a modern touch as well as the old furniture painted in black. 

The functionality of this vacation home is also due to the hallway that extends the kitchen. It houses a washing machine and dryer as well as a toilet. But above all, very close to the kitchen, it gives access to an intimate terrace sheltered from the wind and facing west for outdoor meals. Then, from there, you will access the garden, a charming garden with trees and flowers with garden furniture placed here and there to create various relaxation areas. At the foot of the facade, the terrace stores the sun and heat.

The bedrooms are located on the top level and those on the garden side have a view of the sea. The house has two double rooms and two children's rooms. All four rooms share a bathroom with a shower (and toilet). However, each room also has a sink to facilitate organisation. However, don't forget that there is a second bathroom in the basement, ideal for the children's bath when they return from the beach...
