A rental with a sea views and direct access to the beach
This charming house in Brittany has an asset you won't be able to resist. It boasts an exceptional panoramic view of the sea (and the Baie de Morlaix countryside). From the garden, you can admire the Bay of Morlaix and its landmark, the Château du Taureau. It's an idyllic spot for a seaside vacation. You can reach the small beach accessible from the garden at any time, or take a hike along the coastal path to admire the wild beauty of the coastline. The very large garden faces south on the beach side. Its stone facade stores up the heat. A few steps farther only, you will enjoy beautiful sunsets on the bay. The view is breathtaking at any time of day. A true retreat in unspoilt natural surroundings.
Shops are just six kilometres away in the neighboring village and two restaurants and an oyster farm are even closer.
This beautiful granite stone house by the sea is full of character. It is arranged over three levels.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for eight, and a living room with fireplace and large confortable sofas. With windows on either side, these rooms are bright and welcoming. The decor is simple and authentic, reflecting the outdoor setting.
There's also a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. This is the only toilet in the house, and we draw your attention to it. A storage room (and linen closet) is available for your belongings when you return from the beach.
The second floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed and sea views from the windows. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and twin basins on the landing.
A third double bedroom is located in the attic on the top level (as well as two single beds).
Located close to all amenities by car, this house is ideal for a family looking for a peaceful, authentic setting, where sea and countryside blend in harmony.

Bretagne Reve de Plage is a perfect place for a family holiday. This bay of varied landscapes in Northern Brittany is packed with activities for everyone.
If you walk away from your beach house along the path, you'll discover the beaches of Anse de Saint-Samson to the north and Anse de Térénez to the south. The Saint-Samson beach is a large stretch of sand just a fifteen-minute walk from your rental. It is, however, unsupervised. At Térénez, the beach is made up of sand and pebbles. Here you'll find a sailing school open all year round. Your children and teenagers can get there on foot or by bike in five or fifteen minutes. The place is very lively, and this is where you'll find two restaurants, a pizzeria and a crêperie, as well as an oyster producer where you can taste oysters on the spot or take them away.
Another water activity is sea kayaking. There's a club just a few minutes' walk from Bretagne Rêve de Plage.
The GR34, the Pink Granite Coast and the Monts d'Arrée
Hiking enthusiasts can follow the GR34 over longer distances. From Mont Saint-Michel to Saint-Nazaire in Loire Atlantique, it stretches over 2000 kilometers. The Morlaix Bay itinerary was voted France's favorite in Brittany. It allows you to discover the coastline as close as possible to the beaches. The Bay of Morlaix has a distinctive geography, with rocky points and typical ports offering breathtaking panoramas. Heading towards Locquirec and the Côtes d'Armor, you'll reach the Pink Granite Coast. Inland, the GR34 winds its way through the Monts d'Arrée to discover the Breton heritage. The GR34 is also available for mountain biking and cycling.
Morlaix Bay is also renowned for its cultural and historical heritage. The Château du Taureau, built on a rocky islet, is a must-see for old stone enthusiasts. The megalithic site of Cairn de Barnénez is another Breton treasure you won't want to miss. These boulders have been standing for thousands of years. In Morlaix itself, the old town is well worth a visit, with its half-timbered houses - Pondalez houses - and cobbled streets. The town is just twenty kilometers from your vacation villa. The corsair town of Roscoff is fifty kilometers away. Embark here for the island of Batz. It only takes fifteen minutes to reach this little nature paradise.
