A magnificent eight-hectare estate includes three hectares of impeccably landscaped gardens and majestic Cypress trees with woodland beyond. The land is completely private and secure.

This is a beautifully renovated traditional country home. The honey-coloured stone stands outs against the abundant greenery, with its elevated position offering sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Out on the horizon are the green oak-covered hills of the Black Perigord region, which gets its name from dark colour of its forests. In front of the house, a vast 100 m² terrace overlooks the idyllic formal garden, with its pond and fountains in the foreground. Enjoy an uplifting stroll around the gardens as you take in the sight and savour the delicious peace of the French countryside. Outdoor lighting makes the garden a pretty sight at night.

The pool area is superb, with every detail carefully anticipated. Take a dip at any time – the pool area is also lit up at night, and relish the cool water on your skin in the hot afternoons. The pool is 15 metres long, making it large enough for short laps, salt treated and heated to 28°C. With a roller shutter covering and a fence, parents of young children can enjoy peace of mind. The poolhouse is fantastic, with a lounge, changing rooms, outdoor shower and toilet facilities, as well as a summer kitchen. Children will love the swing while adults can while away the hours mastering the art of petanque, and sun loungers are dotted around for the whole group to relax.
